Whether it's a bar, the park or a conference room, make sure you have everything set up & ready to go!!
There is no right or wrong way to set up your party. You can find a bar, a park, a classroom or a co-working space that is most suitable to your needs and audience, it's totally up to you. The key things to remember though is that you will need internet , some kind of furniture (you want people to be able to sit somewhere) and anything along the lines of poster paper, markers and post-its.
