Leah MacVie

I decided to up my game with this challenge. I used Camtasia to record videos that I put on YouTube and embedded in each week. I also fought hard with the CMS to try to get everything formatted correctly and a border around my images (only some browsers...). This is the end result.

  Leah MacVie has crafted another great education resource. In the Clean, Healthy, Fit, and Well Challenge, she uses a variety of resources to deliver content to learners, from links to helpful external pages,  Listmania reading lists and embeded videos, as well as  videos and documents she produced. The only thing I would recommend would be to add a disclaimer to the welcome page saying that before a person begins a new diet and/or fitness program they should consult their doctor or have a physical. Good Work!

  Hi Leah! A few points of feedback in red, yellow green fashion.

  Green: I love your design, everything is *super* easy to understand. Sparkpeople to track workouts is really great--maybe encourage people to post their progress via stuff like Nike+ as well?

  Yellow: I was thinking about the level of "granularity" in the challenge. I understand that healthy habits take a long time to engender, but I wonder if the audience would need some help to delineate time (at 3 months, at 6 months, etc).
