Outlining the basic elements of HTML web pages.
This course offers foundational instruction in HTML. Topics include tag structure, file encoding, web browsers, DOCTYPEs, common HTML elements, hyperlinks, images, video, tables, forms, and sections. Additionally, we will touch base on CSS in order for students to transition to other Webcraft courses.
Portfolio Page
Create a public HTML portfolio
For this task, you will create a page to display information about yourself. This page will include
- a short biography,
- a list of objectives that you have for this class,
- one or more long-term goals you envision for your web design journey, and
- a growing list of pages that you will create as you go along.
Pick a place to host your page. Your page can be hosted on a personal web space or a public HTML space, such as HTML Pad. Plase, no pastebin type submissions. This page needs to be 'live' so that we can view it in our web browser.

- Publicly host the page
