Week 2 LIGHT FRIDAY

By popular demand of non-credit participants, I am making 2-minute versions of weekly tasks. We do very much want and need your input!!! Please reply right here. 

 
1. Link an example of what you consider "modern elementary mathematics." Say why you like it.
2. Think of a modern activity idea for young kids - something kids could not do in math 20-30 years ago.
 
This "light" version of the week's work will come out every Friday. If you already did full versions of tasks, you don't need to reply, but you can if more ideas came to you since. Let's have some fun!
